try eating something as soon as you wake up.. that's what helps me when i feel morning sicknesz coming on. I'll eat some toast with jam on it & i almost instantly feel better. muching on crackers helps, Gatorade, lemon water all helped me a lot as well.
Mine came on the in afternoon/ evening and found sipping ginger beer really helped.. and making sure I don't leave too long between eating (even if I didn't feel like eating)
I can tell you what not to do... As I just learned this morning.... Orange juice and a cheese stick for breakfast is a no no! my mom just told me to have an egg and come crackers to get some protein.
I've mostly gotten over my nausea now, but what helped me was eating frequently and never letting my stomach become empty. I also drank ginger ale and avoided coffee. Every now and then, I'll feel pukey before getting up and when I do, I eat a couple of saltines and wait for it to pass. Keeping a little baggy of saltines or pretzels on my nightstand has helped a lot.
I bought some B6 yesterday and took it first thing this morning and I haven't had any nausea. I was also pretty active all day (apple picking) today and yesterday (out with friends, dog walking)...so I'm wondering if there's a correlation between light physical activity, the B6 and my morning sickness.
Like seriously me many others, food. Hunger made me nauseous, so at the first sign of hunger I was like "feed me now". My husband was sweet - he kept my purse stocked with granola bars so I could have a snack when we were out and about.
Cold tomatoes with salt. For some reason it makes me feel better. In the beginning I ate a lot of bagels with cream cheese, saltine crackers, and a little ginger ale.
I've noticed if I'm constantly eating - the MS doesn't get a chance to flair up.
Jolly Ranchers help with my nausea. I couldn't look at another saltine cracker at this point, so I've switched my dry snacks to cereals. Bagels and cream cheese have been pretty good to me too.
Eating really has been a mission for me as everything makes me nauseas, but what has worked for me the best so far are apples and chewing gum. For some reason the constant chewing has eased my nausea drastically.

Things that have made it worse: yogurt, bananas!!! (even just the smell), not eating often enough or eating too often
