My husband and I are going to try and keep our pregnancy a secret until I start showing, but I'm getting antsy for name opinions. We have an 18 month old named Everett and we like older sounding names.
Let me know what you think... Girl options Oakley or Emrey
I like both boy names, but think Oliver is a little less matchy.
Other Girl Options: (it seems like no frills not super girly is your style?) Avery Quinn Emerson Ainsley Eloise Elodie Brynn Blair Sloane Paige Leighton Lauren Peyton Hadley Piper Poppy Riley Mairen Maeve
Oliver for the boy, and the suggestions from other posters for the girl. I really don't like your girl names and don't find them "older sounding". Not trying to be rude just honest as you asked for. Of the girl suggestions above, my favorites are: Audra Corinne Phoebe Clara
For boy I love Oliver. Everett and Bennett are very similar to me. The girls names are honestly not very good.
Everett and Adelaide Everett and Willa Everett and Rosalie Everett and Calista Everett and Mila Everett and Laila Everett and Gemma Everett and Natalia Everett and Michaela Everett and Alena
There have been some very good girl name suggestions. I'm behind a lot of them except for Emerson, because I don't think girls should have names that basically mean 'son of...'. I like @bbiutmcph list, its got a lot of good choices on it (the other lists do too, that is just my favorite list). Of your boy names, Oliver is my choice.
Oakley is a sunglasses brand. It just sounds weird to use as a first name. It's like naming your child Cheerio or Mazda.
Emrey seems like it's misspelled or made up. You could use Emory like the university or Emery like the nail file, but both of those are kind of weird as well.
Both boy names are fine. I say keep thinking of girl names.
Oliver is one of my favorites that DH has permanently vetoed, so that gets my vote! I think it goes great with Everett too. I'd avoid another boy name ending in t.
Oakley . . . might as well use Annie Oakley, because that's all I can think of. Emery is a man's name and the only Emery I've known is a very grumpy old man. I would hate to see that name stuck on a sweet baby girl!

No human, especially a girl should be named Oakley. Sorry. Emery or Emry is ok. Emrey is spelled wrong..
