  Your post caught my eye because I got my flu shot two days ago also and that night I had diarrhea and violent projectile vomiting... I was so shocked because I get the shot every year With no reactions... Since then I have started having irregular contractions and I lost my mucus plug. I still don't know what is going on with my body (early labor or reaction) but I wanted you to know someone else was in your boat! Supposedly flu like symptoms from the shot are a myth. I don't know but it's peculiar !

  I gotta flu shot about 3 days ago and yesterday I was achy and had a runny nose and an upset stomach ( though no nauseou or vomiting) and then today I felt better so I assume it was just a few side effects from the shot

  Getting the actual flu from the shot is a myth, but some mild symptoms are common. I got mine 3 days ago and had a really sore arm for a day and then a runny nose for a couple more days.
  
  I'd much rather deal with those, though, than the flu while pregnant or with a newborn!

  The burning up feeling without a fever could be hot flashes. I've been getting them every day for a couple of weeks. I swear I'm on fire. Not looking forward to menopause!
