any one else bored?

Im 11 days pp. From a complicated delivery then csection. I am sooo tired of sitting here watching tv. I know i over did it the first few days so im trying to lay low. But i feel guily. DH goes to work everyday and comes home and im still on the couch...with a mess around me. Im bored but im too tired to do anything. I know he doesnt mind because i take care of our baby girl all day, but i think im going to lose my mind. Thankfully well get out of the house tomorrow since we have to go to the base to get her on his insurance.

    Take her out. Cover her up and go to a store or something. I've taken lil one to the pumpkin patch at 8 days old and to target. I kept ppl away and it was nice to feel normal BUT on most other days I'm on the couch or in the bed with a mess around me when hubby comes home lol

    We did get out yesterday. We went to th e mall to pick up a watch i had engraved for DH and target also. It was so nice! Im more nervous shes going to start screaming in public and i wont be able to get her to stop

    I'll be right there with you come Monday. I am currently rehabilitating my knee that leaves me very limited on what I can do with baby. DH has been home this week and I pushed myself a bit to hard seeing as I don't have to carry baby and we have been out and about a lot (I had a hard long delivery she did some damage coming out, she was born oct 9th) anyway I ended up in the ER with a fever and chills a few days ago. They also caught a little bit of placenta left in me I was on medication for but the fever and chills was from the start of an infection likely caused by me pushing myself to hard.

    Yesterday I was out and by the end of the day in a lot of pain. I plan on spending a lot of time on the couch this week but have also lined up a string of visitors.

    Postpartum recovery sure isn't easy..
