Cramping has died down

hi mummies! I am currently 4w4d and had pretty bad cramping for two days which ended yesterday morning. Since then I've had mild on and off AF feeling cramps and today just slight pulling. Also my breast tenderness had fluctuated daily. Has this happened to anyone?

Re: Cramping has died down

  • I haven't been having any cramping but it's probably nothing to worry about. Some cramping is normal. If you're doubled over in pain or you have bleeding then you would probably want to call your doctor. (It's also normal for all symptoms including breast tenderness to fluctuate.)

  • I had cramping at 4weeks day 1 and 2 then basically no cramping at all. A little bit today but just for a half hour or so. 5w5d today

    Thanks ladies!
  • I'm 4w4d too! I agree with what PPs said. some cramping is normal. It's also normal for symptoms to fluctuate.

  • I've been having cramps for the past week and they're dying down today, 4w1d. Kind of miss them tbh, they reminded me that at least something was happening.
  • It's likely that it's just your uterus growing. Unless it's accompanied by bleeding or makes you double over, it's all par for the course.

  • I'm 7 weeks and still get cramping.
  • I'm 3 weeks 6 days and I started cramping on Thursday, which was my cue to test. I'm cramping a lot today and am a bit concerned because the less sensitive tests still are registering positive.  It makes me feel pregnant.
  • Cramping is normal, alot of times you can use the search function for some really great information if you have general concerns :).
  • @Sgoldberg247 you and I are synced. I'm also 4wk 1day and u had a lot of cramping half of week three then nothing and they came back yesterday and today.

As PP have said, it's normal, the uterus adjusting and starting to stretch. I also go by the rule that if there's no bleeding and the pain on a scale of 1-10 feels below a 5, then I don't worry.
