In case you need an excuse to get one: when I was pumping with daughter in the NICU, getting a back rub from husband a little bit before I pumped seemed to help with milk supply too. I'm not sure if it just relaxes you enough to let down the milk better or what. (And that's a real tip I got from a milk supply book, I didn't just make it up myself.)

Didn't read the article but I found that a hospital grade pump worked wonders to get my milk supply in!! I rented one for a little over 2 months and I had a great supply!!
