Am I really pregnant?!

I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant yet I've not had any symptoms no sore boobs no sickness no nothing and I mean nothing!!! Except missing periods and 6 positive tests... I have a 5month old son and just have a dreaded feeling something's not right as with him I have every symptom known to man kind!! Has anyone else experienced this?! Xx

Yes. If you use the search function you will find many many many threads on this topic. It will probably comfort you to read them. I'm over 18 weeks pregnant and have never had very noticeable symptoms, the lack of nausea/throwing up being the most obvious. It's normal.

Every pregnancy is different. Just because you had symptoms with your first that you aren't experiencing with your second doesn't mean there's anything to worry about. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

if you have 6 positive tests, then yes, you are pregnant. no two pregnancies are the same. you're lucky you have no symptoms.

I have sore boobs and I'm tired, but no morning sickness or other symptoms. I think we're just lucky ones! Congratulations

I've been told there are no false positives, but definitely false negatives. I've also never seen anyone get false positives on all 6 tests. but hey, could be wrong! just never heard of or seen it before.

I had no symptoms last time til 7 weeks and now I'm just hungrier and thirstier.

Thanks ladies think I'm just being a over worrier!!! Just worried where it's happened so quickly after my first and is so different that something's not right..... I'm sure it will all be fine I have my scan in a week and a half that will put my mind at rest but you've all helped xx
