I know there are several women here who are on their third (or more) child, I'm just curious how you compare your previous pregnancies and what their sexes were? So far my symptoms are so similar to my first I'm thinking it's another girl, but of course it may not mean anything, and maybe it just means that's how my body does pregnancy. I know my mom says her pregnancies with her two boys were the same but the one with me was so different she knew I was a girl. Just curious how much can MAYBE be related to sex, or if it's just all purely coincidental. And obviously just for fun
Re: 3rd time (+) moms compare your pregnancies
Sure enough, my sister and I are completely opposite. We have the same eyes and that's literally about it. I don't think sex has anything to do with pregnancy symptoms.
It's a boy! Grow baby, grow! EDD: 4/22/2016
So each of mine have been different in one way or another. It's kind of fun to compare. Really anxious to find out what we're having this time!
This is baby #3 for me, and we don't know the sex yet, although my husband is convinced it's another girl based on heart rate 8-|
My first two are girls, and the pregnancies had some similarities and some differences:
Threw up a lot with DD1, but nausea was mostly contained to the am, and ended a few weeks into 2nd Tri. With DD2 I didn't throw up as much, but had wicked all day nausea that lasted until the END of 2nd tri
With DD1 I felt pretty good after the m/s ended, right up until the very end, despite being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I had no swelling or general aches and pains. With DD2 I never had GD, but started having a ton of aches and pains right around 20 weeks. I was pretty miserable for the rest of pregnancy. I also had a ton of swelling in my feet at the end, which was super uncomfortable. Also, DD2's position ended up being breech, and she wedged her head under my ribs, which was not fun at all.
This time I've had a fair amount of all day nausea, but it seems to be tapering off a bit now that I'm near 13 weeks. Hopefully that trend continues. Can't wait to find out what we're having!
Marriage: 12.18.04
DD1: 5.19.10
DD2: 4.11.12

I will say my easiest pregnancy was my twins and they were my hardest babies... maybe this baby will be a breeze since he's making it so hard on me now
