2nd time + moms... Funny things you do during pregnancy...

As I sit here with bleach on my head I'm realizing I've done this right around the same time both other pregnancies. I guess it's something about all the coming change... My hair has to change too!

Have you noticed something that you did last time around that you're doing this time? I know it's early for all of us.... But I can't help but think the pregnancy is the reason behind my sudden desire for rose gold hair.

I'm all of a sudden drinking Coke...my tastebuds couldn't stand it after my daughter was born and I'd drink Pepsi , now back to Coke lol seems to be the only thing that helps with nausea

Last time it was the only thing I wanted. I worked on the road during my first tri with DD and used to make my partner go out of our way so I could get all of the taco bell. This time nothing has really changed from pre pregnancy yet but it's still early

Yep. I knew I was pregnant when I asked DH to get me Taco Bell last week. Only time I eat it.

If you read the getting to know you post on fast food, it seems as though 90% of the board would not think Taco Bell is gross :-)

It's one of the few places I will eat out because it seems to give me good and meatless options. I can easily do something with refried beans and beautiful :-) my aversion is meat…

Last pregnancy when I would get ragey upset about small things, drinking a slurpee would make my world right again. It was so bad that I knew I was being irrational when my husband would calmly ask me if I wanted him to go pick me up a slurpee.

I haven't had one yet, but I figured out I was pregnant and needed to test when I was ragey mad and REALLY wanted a slurpee. Hadn't happened since last pregnancy!

I haven't noticed anything similar yet other than wanting all of the carbs, but I changed my hair yesterday too. I'm growing out a pixie and needed a change, so she undercut one side and some of the back. Combined with my purple highlights, I'm feeling super funky now!

Also, DH didn't notice I cut my hair. Dude, parts of my head are shaved!

Taco Bell is the shit, I eat it all the time even when I'm not pregnant. I've noticed that just like last time I've been dying for hot cheetos and takis. I seriously rarely eat those when I'm not pregnant but can't get enough when I am.

@mrstmoose I work from home so I say all the things you are thinking out loud. I was in finance with #1 so I feel your pain girl. Social worker though, ughhhhh I'm sure you come across some people you could just slap. Social workers are completely undervalued,I couldn't do the work you do.

Good god the carbs. It's all I want. I'm trying to eat mostly healthy carbs, but I'm getting either Taco Bell or McDonald's this weekend and no one is stopping me! The only thing that actually sounds good is fast food I swear.

I realized last night, when I'm pregnant I want to sleep on my back. With my first I had to fight myself after the first trimester to stay off my back. Funny thing is, when I'm not pregnant I have no interest in sleeping on my back and am naturally a side sleeper.

No similarities between them yet. So far this one is opposite my first. As for cravings, I ate a ton of fruit with my first and had serious meat aversions. This baby, I want sausage biscuits and cheeseburgers.

With my first I wanted a bag of marshmallow so bad and behold like 2 weeks ago we went to the store to buy groceries and what did I get marshmallows that's how i knew i was KU because normally I don't eat them.. I was also a big fan of the circle k slushy had to get one everyday after work (haven't done it yet but I'm craving it).

Sour patch kids! I keep them in my car do the sun keeps them nice and soft. Then I eat all but the red ones and have a red sour patch kids binge once the others are gone. I have a bag going in my car right now!

There was a T shirt of my H's that I wore all the time my last pregnancy. It was mainly in the third trimester because all my clothes felt too tight and uncomfortable. As soon as I got home I'd put that huge dress of a shirt on. My H kept it just because of me wearing while I was hugely prego. It's too big for him too so he doesn't even wear it. I scavenged his closet the other day to find it. Still so comfy.
