I am 6 weeks 4 days post partum and had a D and C to remove retained placenta. I had no symptoms except for persistent bleeding which I chalked up to DD being my third.
I feel so lucky because DD and I have established an excellent BF relationship. I discovered today that retained placenta causes low supply. I'm not sure how my body overcame this, but I am feeling so lucky and so blessed.
DD has nursed every 2 hours max around the clock. I am curious to see if there is now a change in nursing frequency.
