Saw baby yesterday

So after counting down the days and hours I finally was able to see our tiny baby yesterday. Our last pregnancy, the baby stopped growing at 6w1d and it had a very low hr of 74. This time baby was doing great and had a hr of 135! We were ecstatic! We did see that a second baby had tried to implant but never did form. Also, I have a small pocket of blood hanging out in my uterus, but my doctor didn't seem too concerned with it. She said I might pass it or I might not.
