I would say yes. At the beginning of my pregnancy I was having some serious tummy pain and a long, hot bath was the only thing that made me feel better. Just make sure to keep a fan nearby in case it gets too warm
I've been doing hot showers and opening the curtain to let some of the steam out. the water feels good on my back. we need to do what we need to do!!' lol
Yes. I remember the first time I was pregnant I asked my doctor about baths. She looked at me like I was crazy and then asked me "yes, why wouldn't it be safe?"
This question could be totally answered by a quick google search. Just sayin'
Sadly, the issue with just googling something is that there is a lot of misinformation out there. I have googled things several times just to find conflicting answers. Most recently I saw a thread here about tea so I was googling safe tea lists. I found several sites saying Raspberry leaf is safe and just as many saying it isn't. The same for ginger tea, lemon tea and green tea. Even here women will give conflicting info. I would say the best bet is if you are really unsure about something avoid it till you can just ask your doctor...just sayin'
I did some research on this early on because I love baths! It's the only thing (besides medicine) that gives my body aches relief and helps if I'm feeling really sick. The research I did said you want to make sure your body temp doesn't get above 102 degrees, but this is easy to accomplish by adding a little cool water or simply taking your feet out. Saunas and hot tubs are a no cuz they're much hotter than a bath, do not cool down over time, and it's harder to cool yourself off. Whenever I'm unsure of my water temp I take my thermometer with me and take my temperature while I'm in the bath. Even my hottest bath my temp was only 98.6, and I'm usually 96.0, so I hadn't gotten near the (for me) danger zone of 100 degrees!

True, but sites like WebMD are going to be more reliable than the answers from a bunch of internet randoms (us).
