Don't think I'm stupid but...

How do you take EPO vaginally? Like do you just stick it in there? Or is there a certain place to put it? How far? I've never done it before and I don't want to do it wrong. Sorry if it's a stupid question..

    Evening primrose oil? My midwife said I can do 1000mg orally and 1000mg vaginally. I'm not really sure how far up there it needs to go. I haven't actually done it vaginally yet. I was assuming I would nick the gel cap and squirt it up there...

    I use a pin to prick the capsule and pretty much just shove it up there like a tampon before I go to bed. I also learned wearing a panty liner is helpful, since depending on how much you move it can leak out a bit. The heat from your body will dissolve the capsule over night, but there may also be oil residue when you wipe in the morning.
