Your numbers

I'm not trying to get too excited… But I just left my appointment I am 37 weeks and 5 days and she said that I am dilated to a 2 and 80% thinned... I know you can stay dilated to a certain number forever… But the 80% thinned has me excited.

How far along are you and what are your numbers ? :)

    I was at 80% for three weeks. I'm 38 weeks 3 days and finally this week I'm 90% effaced, 4cm dialiated, and he is sitting at position 0.

    Went to the doctor today, 38 weeks, 5 days, and I am 3cm dilated. Last Friday I was 2cm with 60% effacement. I'd say i'm progressing right along. Super anxious.

    40+3 and had a super disappointing prenatal today! I asked for a membrane sweep and they agreed only if I was dilated. Turns out I'm not dilated at all. So devastating! Induction scheduled for Monday.

    39 Wks + 4 days and got a membrane sweep and cervical check done yesterday because of consistent contractions. I am 60% effaced and 3-4 cm and had bloody show with my mucus plug at 2am. Disappointed because my contractions fizzled out throughout the day and I'm at a stall. Will do another membrane sweep tomorrow if things don't start up again on their own.

    40 weeks and have been 90+% effaced (thinned) and 1-2cm dilated since my 37 week appointment.

    I'm 40w3d as well. I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow and hoping to be able to have a sweep done tomorrow but the past two visits I've only been a "fingertip". Praying for some progress!!!!

    38 weeks- 1cm dilated/75% effaced, baby is fully engaged. I am so antsy!!!

    I have heard both... Had mine done yesterday and it was intense and painful. However, not enough to stop me from having it done again to get labor back going.

    39 weeks today. 3-4cm dilated 50% effaced, baby's head at -1 station. Last week I was 2 cm and 50%. At least those endless contractions seem to be doing something!

    With my first I was 5cm and fully effaced for a week and had to be induced. With my third I'm 3cm and 70%effaced at 38 weeks. I have an induction scheduled for the 26th. I call my belly club med. My kids refuse to come out on their own.

    I had no dilation at all throughout all 40 weeks. When my contractions were 5 minutes apart I was still 1cm. Within 5 hours I was fully dilated and an hour and a half later baby was out. This was a first pregnancy for me. So just know that this process is very different for everyone else and highly unpredictable.

    Well its been a week and I was rechecked today..

    Last Week: 2cm and 80%
    Today: 3cm and 100% and at a station 0.

    OB's words:  "She could come today or she could come next week.... what ever she feels like"

    I wish there was a way of knowing! LOL

    at 38 weeks I was 3cm, 90% effaced/thinned and he's at a +2 station.. I don't know how this child isn't just falling out being so dang low!!!!!

    Had a checkup today (38+5) and declined being checked. Haven't been having much in the way of contractions that I can tell, so I don't want to be discouraged with a low number! Plus the mystery is kind of fun. If I make it to my 40 week appointment I'll get checked then.

    I was 50% effaced and only 2 cm dilated at my 38w 5d appointment. I didn't make it to my 39w 5d appointment because my water broke early that morning and she was born that afternoon. They come when they want to. Good luck!
