If you have specific questions, I'm sure there are plenty of STMs here who would give you advice. There is also a Breastfeeding board out on the main message boards where you might find some additional information. Several STMs have recommended the book Breastfeeding Made Simple.

Advice on what exactly? Breastfeeding? Theres boards already open with that advice and use your resources hospitals have lactation consultants and your ob office should have that as well.
I admire that you seem to be tackling this head on. It is not easy to be so young, but stay positive and don't give up. Regardless of what you are looking advice on, there are so many resources available to help you. I wish you so much luck!
Like others have said, there are lots of boards on here (i.e breastfeeding board) that you will find helpful. Also, I would reccomend a book called "the womanly art of breastfeeding" if you want a bit of reading. Your age wont affect/make it easier/harder for you to breastfeel. You may feel young (i still feel 17, but Im in my mid twenties!) but your body really is at prime childbearing age! Also, really, really REALLY utelise your midwife and when you give birth, lactation consultant if you have one. They may only seem like background figures now, but once you have bub they will be very important and a huge support to both you and bub!
A friend of mine is a nurse who works specifically with teenage mothers. She meets with them both before and after the birth and helps give them support and prepare them for caring for a baby. I would check with your hospital to see if they have a program like this.
