This is totally embarrassing... I shower regularly, wear deodorant, etc but I think I smelly bad! It's not just my pregnancy super smell bc I asked my husband and he agreed with me. What to do?
Yup, pregnancy (and for me, breastfeeding) is great. I've never had smelly pits or anything until I got pregnant with DD, and now I can't find a deodorant that will work! (The only one that worked ended up giving me a rash). It's awful.
My issue is "downstairs" odor. It's so annoying!! I've resorted to bringing a little ziploc of baby wipes to work and going more often just so I can freshen up! I also had to start putting deodorant under my chest.
It's bad that I'm just over halfway through and I'm already ready to be done...
I use the crystal deodorant under my boobs and between them because I sweat there too bad and they can smell. It's the truth and its gross but the crystal stuff works great
If it's downstairs older, what about trying scented pantiliners? Or maybe a new scented body wash would help? I just switched to method brand and the smell is really pretty. I also like that it's more natural than the other ones that I used to use.

I feel ya. I bought new deodorants (not anti perspirant since that always causes me to sweat /stink more) and have a stick at work to reapply during the day. Currently I'm loving arm and hammer fresh scent. I've also been exfoliating under my arms every time I shower to get any bacteria off. That step seems to have helped the most.
Gurl... I'm in the same boat. My hormones are making my body crazy. I like Weleda deodorant in Rose- it smells so pretty. For the downstairs issue, changing my panties a couple times a day helps, and a little body powder too (I got this natural brand off Amazon so I don't feel bad about any chemicals).... and also drinking more water/eating more fruit seems to help.
It is only a deodorant not an antiperspirant. I use the solid my daughter who's 8 uses the roll on she was having a hard time with bo and this stuff works great and it's pretty safe to use.
Oh man, I feel ya OP on this. My heightened sense of smell is a curse somedays! I keep deodorant in my purse for those mid-day reapplications, and lots of extra pantyliners and a travel thing of baby wipes for downstairs.
