Stopped taking bottle

My 7 week old has been EBF since birth. Around 4 weeks we introduced a bottle and it took two or three bottles until we found one she likes. Well three days ago she stopped taking a pacifier and bottle! Now she screams if dad tried to give it to her and will maybe take a little from me and scream. We have tried different nipples/temperatures and nothing works :( I was really wanting to get out on my own for a couple hours to! Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just a phase? I have to go back to work in 5 weeks I hope it's better by then!

    I'm having a similar problem and was about to make a post about this. I'm about to return to work so I don't know what to do to get this little man to take a bottle!
