Are you dialated?!

I am no prude, but really, you want to know how open my vagina is getting?!

We're not talking my mother or my sister here, (I give them immunity). We're talking complete randos who have no business....

Am I the only one who finds this odd?!

Also with this being my 3rd I have come to learn you can literally walk around at 3 cm for weeks and it doesn't even mean a damn thing. It's just false hope, IMO!

    Seriously. My FIL wanted to know how dilated I was in a phone convo with DH the other night. Just to see if I'm close to having baby and he can plan their visit. Wtf?!?

    My fiancee's ex-wife (the mother of his daughter) asked him if I lost my mucus plug yet. I was like....really? She's nice and I'm glad she's excited/supportive of us, but I'd rather not share the specifics of my vaginal fluids with her, lol.

    I had a private discussion with my coworker telling her about my dr appt and that I was 1cm and 50%effaced at the time. Later in the day she thought it would be ok to announce it in front of about 6 people. I was so embarrassed and totally called her out on the spot. I told her how inappropriate it was. She felt bad but seriously that is private information, come on!

    I had a new coworker (who I was meeting for the first time) ask if I lost my mucus plug in front of two other coworkers. I ignored her question and tried to politely redirect the conversation, and then she asked again!

    Yup I've gotten this. And my boss asking if I've lost my mucus plug. In front of other coworkers. Think I need a raise if I'm going to be providing info like that ;)

    So funny, fiancée was just walking down the street and 2 old lady (nosy) neighbors asked him how I was doing and "if I am dilated yet." He said, "I don't know, but I'll check her out tonight and update you tomorrow." Ha! He said to me, they ask a stupid question, they get a stupid answer!

    I have had two people ask me. A coworker keeps asking every time I see her. Today I had a male veterinarian ask me if I was dilated and having any contractions yet. He made my face turn a new shade of red

    I've had some fellow teachers ask me. All female though so it hasn't really bothered me. I did have one ask me about my discharge and that was a little weird.

    I had a guy whom I can't stand ask me this out of no where the other day. What the hell? i told him when my vagina becomes public knowledge I will let him know.. Frickin weirdo.

    Past due and people are asking if/ when I'll get induced. When has it started to be OK to ask about people's private medical info. My body, you really want to know if they are going to pump me full of drugs so the baby comes out?
