Stomach so upset it sounds like it's talking??

I don't think this is worthy of a MW call, but odd and disturbing nonetheless. All night I've been sick to my stomach and now it's gurgling so much I can hold a conversation with it. This is new, I'm not having constipation or diarrhea, just my normal business. Any ideas?

So I haven't been ill, but my stomach today was so loud! I have had more BMs than usual (tmi duh, but isn't all of this info). I'm curious if yours got better or not!

I had a day and a half of total nausea, chills and exhaustion before getting over it. I've still got mild nausea but better. Perhaps the start of the end? I dunno. I hope you're doing better!

I'm thinking so, I couldn't decide which was worse - a stomach bug at the end of third trimester or possibly facing a new wave of symptoms to expect throughout the rest of my time, lol. It was a rough ride that only got worse before better but I'm good now.

I had this last night! I was SO nauseous that it woke me out of my sleep! As I was tossing and turning in bed trying to wait for it to subside my stomach was rumbling and gurgling like it was empty ( most definitely was not haha). Took me about 2 hours to fall back asleep because the nausea was that bad. Maybe baby is resting in the weird spot? I'm curious to what it may be
