FTM feeding question

My LO is going to be 3 weeks on Friday and he eats 4 ounces usually every 3 hours. Today he has been extra fussy especially after eating, acting like he wants more. I am scared to give him more because he has throw up his whole bottle before after giving him more. My husband and I have tried everything from laying him on his stomach to gripe water and nothing seems to help. He ate at 7pm and cried for about an hour after then finally fell asleep for about 30 min and is up now screaming.. I bottle feed but it is breast milk. Anyone have advice? I feel like a terrible parent at this point.. :(

    I would just give him more, fed on demand. He could be going through a growth spurt and actually need more right now. Otherwise maybe he just wants to suck on something. Have you tried a pacifier?

    Yes, we use a pacifier and he attacks it and sounds like he is trying to gulp it down like milk! Just gave him another 4 ounces and seems to be calm... For now! Lol. I just need some reassurance that I'm not over feeding him!
