So I'm approximately 5-6 weeks pregnant my first appointment is two weeks away. I'm wondering if I'm feeling super sensitive simply because this is round two. I feel weird bubbly sensations in my tummy. Sorta like flutters but I know it's much too soon for that. I also have random cramping (period type cramping which I rarely have when not pregnant so I'm thinking I'm just being s baby feeling the regularly). The cramping is usually followed with sudden nausea but I haven't thrown up lots of dry heaves

What's normal for you may be abnormal for others...and vice versa. There is no standard for the way a woman should or shouldn't feel during pregnancy. Some women have no symptoms, whereas others have every symptom possible. That being said, Ur symptoms sound super average
Drink lots of water to combat the cramping. This is my second pregnancy too and it's completely different from the first. The first I was almost totally asymptomatic; with this one, I've got nausea, cramping, round ligament pain, food aversion, headaches, swelling, emotional, etc. Each pregnancy can be different.
