Hook on high chair

Anybody have experience with hook on high chairs like this. Inglesine one? If. I attach it to the granite counter on our kitchen island, will that snap a piece of granitw off? My kid is already pretty hefty, likely over 20lbs at 11 mo.... https://www.inglesina.us/fast-table-chair.html

    We have this one with the tray on our wooden table and love it. I've never tried to use it on granite but I imagine the granite would have to be pretty thin to snap off.

    I watched the review video on that website, and her 30lb son was on the granite counter.
