Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: Had my first appt for confirmation last week, not going back til 11/16. They will look for heartbeat and do all the fun blood draws then.
How are you feeling: Tired, tired, tired!
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? We'll be taking DD1 and DD2 tricking treating on Halloween and probably to the Hall-ZOO-Ween event at our zoo next weekend.

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: Well about a week ago, I was sent to the ER because of sharp pains on one side of my abdomen. Everything was good, and the pain was from a burst cyst. I did get a ultrasound, so I got to find out how far along I was (5 weeks 2 days at that point). My first real appointment is 1 week and 6 days.
How are you feeling: This weekend I had MS for the first time, but no vomit yet. Tender boobs (and they are huge!). That's about it.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Going to a Halloween party the night before Halloween. Going to stay home and pass out candy for Halloween. Probably watch a scary movie with DH after trick or treaters stop coming.

How are you feeling: blood draw last week was good. I thought it was weird that I had one. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but a new doctor. .so I guess she likes to confirm.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? DD1 is going to be a unicorn and DD2 is going to be a cat. Our tiny town had a big party in our town square with music and food and then we trick or treat at night. We love halloween so we are already watching movies and doing lots of crafts to decorate.

DH and I are hoping for a boy since we already have a little girl and DH says we're not stopping until we get a boy. I will totally happy with a girl too of course.

Nope. My first appointment is November 3rd and it feels like it's forever away.
How are you feeling:
Pretty good! Just tired, and a little nauseous.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween?
Taking our 2.5 year old trick or treating. We can't wait. She's going to have so much fun. She's dressing up as a little bumble bee. So cute.

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks where we were able to see (but not hear yet) the heartbeat. I go back next Friday for my first meeting with my OB. I've been seeing her for almost 10 years now as my GYN so I have no worries about it!
How are you feeling: EXHAUSTED! I do not know how 2nd or 3rd time mamas deal with being this tired and a functioning parent!
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? I haven't celebrated Halloween in years but one of my friends is throwing a party this year. They do not know I am pregnant so I think I may use my costume to fill them in. Any fun suggestions!?!

Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Trick or Treating with DD--she's dressing up like a cat this year. I don't plan to wear a costume. But I'll tell you what I DO plan to do--eat the sh*t outta some Reese's peanut butter cups!

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: 1st appt is October 22nd and I'm so excited. We are bringing our DS with us to the ultrasound and surprising him with the news of being a big brother!!
How are you feeling: Tired. Nauseas all day long. And bloated. I'm ready for the 2nd tri.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Trick or Treating with DS and telling our family that we are pregnant!! I wanted to wait until after the ultrasound to make sure everything is ok.

In terms of actual costumes I personally love the duo of "bun in the oven" and "the bun maker". I had friends that she used a white shirt and just did "dials" in duck tape and drew an oven door with a bun inside it with a sharpie. And then her husband wore a chef costume and the apron said "the bun maker". I know it's cliche but i loved it.

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: November 19 is the first one! Have no clue what to expect.
How are you feeling: like shit. Stupid sore throat has me miserable. It's so painful it even keeps me from sleeping. Did I mention miserable?
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween?
See post above. Bought two skeleton shirts for DH and I. On Halloween we will be traveling in Germany and on the plan ride back so that's the extent of our experience/costume.
Week/fruit: 6 - chocolate chip (yum, sorry not a fruit)

How are you feeling: Exhausted & M/S set in yesterday. Thank god it comes in waves & isn't constant. I don't know how I would work 9-5 M-F then take care of a 2 year old.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Not sure yet but my DS will be Batman, he's obsessed!

How are you feeling: I feel mostly normal, though I have some pressure in my lower abdomen and bloating.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? We're having a party/bbq in our cul-de-sac with the neighbors. My parents will also be in town, which will be fun!

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: First appointment will be on November 4th and I need to go in sometime before then to get some labs done.
How are you feeling: Had some nausea yesterday but none today.

DS will be Curious George, DH and I will be The Man in the Yellow Hat and Professor Wiseman.

How are you feeling: Relieved! Also, starving.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Pumpkin carving with friends, but past that, no idea. Probably will take the kid trick-or-treating, but not sure where yet!

Week/fruit: 6 weeks/sweet pea (this seems to be the most common - yay for all my due date twins!)

Have you had a recent appointment (how did it go)/When is your next appointment: My first appointment isn't until Nov 11 (10 weeks)
How are you feeling: Not too bad, a little tired, a little lightheaded (low BP), slightly sore breasts, not nauseous yet.
Question Of The Week/GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? My mother is coming to visit that weekend, so I'll probably tell her about the pregnancy. We won't do any special Halloween-related things but depending on the weather and how I feel we may go for a hike, or explore the city.
