I was in a wedding on Saturday, and I am STILL recuperating from it. I took a 2 hour nap on Sunday, went to bed early Sunday night and last night. I came to work yawning today. I feel like an old lady! What is taking it's toll on you ladies nowadays? And just walking up the steps totally counts because that it exhausting!

I also can't wait until I can walk up my stairs without huffing & puffing!
I feel fairly awake during the day, but hit a serious wall around 8PM every night. Sleeping has been a bit of a struggle which I think is the reason for my granny schedule. Anyone else having some pretty serious hip pain? It hurts just to roll over. I also find any time I finally decide to roll over I feel my bladder is full and am getting up to pee. Between the 3-4 bathroom trips, hip pain and mornings being darker, my mornings have been quite a struggle.

Do you do certain exercises and/or movements on the ball or just sit on it?

For the stairs thing; one of my clients is due in November and they don't even have an elevator. How do you expect her to climb stairs immediately after giving birth? Isn't that ill advised? Do you guys not have elevators either? We live on the first floor with a porch (since I have a dog) it has immediate access outside and we can go upstairs through the lobby in the 3rd floor, with the elevator.
Maybe I'm just so used to this type of set up that I find it weird not to have elevators. What about the handicapped? A few of my friends are WW with no legs from an explosion, so that wouldn't work for me.
@thisusername - no elevator here either and what's even better is that I am having a c-section and get to walk up my stairs after having baby. I'm so not looking forward to that at all. I predict now, that unless I absolutely have to go somewhere, I won't be going for quite a while after baby is born.
The best part is when I go to a certain clients house, his pit named Daisy gets so excited and licks my bump every day. She always looks to my stomach for approval and not me, she's in love with this baby!
