6 Weeks Today - Bleeding Started

I'm so scared! I had a MC in May and CP in august. I thought this was our time. I started bleeding, bright red and a decent amount, about 2.5 hours ago. I'm going in to have blood drawn but now we have to just sit and wait. I hate the waiting game.

I've had a lot of symptoms and still have had some since the bleeding started. I don't know what to think. If you're losing the baby, do you continue to have symptoms? I didn't in May but didn't have this many symptoms then. I don't really feel any cramping. Just some discomfort in my lower abdomen but I wouldn't really call it pain.

I don't know what to think/feel.

I started spotting and cramping Saturday. Went for an emergency ultra sound today and they can see a fluid sack but can't determine if there is an embryo. Did you have a recent ultra sound or just labs drawn?

Just labs drawn. I'm currently waiting at the ER because the pain has gotten so bad. The blood isn't too crazy but the pain is way worse than I had in May or August.

Thank you all very much. It means a lot to have a support system since we haven't told anyone yet.

*** Update ***

After 5 hours in the ER, I know nothing more than when I arrived. My HCG was 198, not good for 6 weeks but not totally out of the race, right? The ultrasound was inconclusive. Again, they attributed that to not being far enough along. I didn't see the ultrasound so I don't know what was visible or not. At 5w4d, in May, they could see thickening and that's about it.

I go back on Wednesday for another HCG check and then my Dr will decide what we can do/what is going on. The pain has calmed a lot but it's still there. Still bleeding, too.
