Monday randoms

Took LO on his first camping trip over the weekend with DH family. We only stayed one night but the weather was great and he did excellent. I brought tons of warm cloths and blankets and he didn't even need them. He slept in his rock and play in the tent with us. I love how portable that thing is! He enjoys being around people and seeing new things, that is when he is the most calm. It's weird how when we're home he is super fussy but once were someplace new he's such a easy going little guy.

    I'm pretty frustrated, my LO is sleeping 10 pm-4 or 5 am which I think is pretty great but now my 2 year old has been waking up for a while at like 3 am for the last few days. She goes back to sleep but then LO is usually waking up. I don't want this to become a pattern but it looks like it is.

    Dh, LO, and I went to my parents for the weekend so dh could go hunting with my dad and bil. I was super bummed that I couldn't go. They had a good day of hunting but then proceeded to get absurdly intoxicated. Dh never drinks so I'm not sure what got into him. Too much man time I guess (; I'm glad he gets along with my family enough to do things with them. The boys were pretty green all day yesterday so I just got to laugh at their misery. I don't mind when he does this once in a great while but he was so hungover that we couldn't even go home yesterday. So we're still at my parents getting ready to leave. I think he felt kinda bad even though I didn't mind. I just spent the day shopping. Got some really cute stuff for LO and some new clothes for me. He must be feeling better cause he surprised me with shower sex this morning.

    Riley turned 3 months yesterday, and has now slept through the night two nights in a row! My husband also finally installed the cloth diaper sprayer I've been asking for since before she was born, so we are officially cloth diapering now. I couldn't be happier!

    @Handree I am so jealous that you went camping but glad that it went very well! I don't know that we will be camping this year, but definitely next year!! It's likely to snow overnight in the Colorado mountains in the month of October so it would be kind of risky to go now.

    As for Monday… LO and I are still lying in bed, although he's kind of stinky so will be up for a diaper change here in a couple minutes LOL! Need to have something for breakfast… He has been fed. Got to get a shower and then we always go to our lactation support group on Mondays. Breast-feeding is going great for us as a little team, but we like the opportunity to get him on the scale every Monday and see how much weight he's gained! He has almost doubled his birthweight...today might be the day!

    Last night was exciting because he laughed for the first time when I was putting lotion on him and rubbing his feet. :D also he was trying so hard while laying on his play mat to roll over! He is so close I think he will do it any day now! =D> He will be 11 weeks tomorrow!

    I'm waiting to see a dermatologist as I type..just for a check up. I used to be so embarrassed when I came here bc they make you strip down to practically nothing and do a thorough check but my modesty went out the window after having a baby lol

    Lo was napping in her crib when I left..hopefully she sleeps for awhile but I'd guess she's up by now!

    Went to BRU to buy baby teething toys and as always ended up buying more than I said I would. It's inevitable LOL I went with my brother and every five seconds he went "You don't need that"... Uhh yes I do! Bought some Ledo's on the way home because I had no time to make lunch l. Came home, bathe my little boy and now he is fed and sleeping! Time to devour that pizza! :P

    Nurse practitioner came by today to measure babies growth, other then that, we are just relaxing since she got her shots Friday and it was a busy weekend :)
