My baby has had a hard tummy all last night and tonight , but she still burbs good and has had three poopy diapers today and 4 wet ones . She cries for a little bit but she's been sleeping so much yesterday and today and she eats alittle then falls back asleep she's eating right now brestfeeding ) but her tummy feels hard I've rubbed it out to do you mom know what this might be ? I'm worried she dose cry more then usual but not too much just like sad sniffle cry :( help !?

    Are you eating and drinking a lot of dairy products?

    I had this issue a week ago, and cut out dairy and he's happy now

    A stiff tummy usually makes me think gas, is she otherwise relaxed when you feel it?  Gas drops or gripe water can really help if it is.  If you bounce her up and down you should be able to feel and hear if there is an air bubble trapped in there. 

    I burp DS about every two ounces and when I nurse I'll burp him every 10 minutes or so.

    ^^^^ we love the gas drops also tummy time helps work out gas
