Hi everyone! Just wanted to post an introduction on this board. I've been a lurker for some time now, but I'm warming up to the concept of actually participating.
I'm 35, and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year now. We had a chemical pregnancy in July, which was nothing in the big scheme of losses, but it rattled me a bit and I'm hoping for a better outcome when/if we get another BFP.
Outside of this stuff, I'm a marketing director for a non-profit; I enjoy training and competing in agility with the other love of my life (my dog Dallas); and I'm a pretty avid reader/TV watcher/lazy Netflix bum.
Hope to get to know you better and learn more on this journey!
Welcome aboard! I'm so sorry for your loss. And I'm a pretty avid reader/TV watcher/lazy Netflix bum too. Amazing how all of those really can be true simultaneously!
Welcome! A chemical after trying for a long time is a big deal. I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you have better luck very soon.

@Infantino22 I am sorry for your loss. A loss hurts the same no matter what. I went through the same last October/November. It broke my heart and through me into a depression for months.
I also use to do agility with my gsd mix Freya. Couldn't go that far in lessons since someone has zero recall (malamute and husky blood in her). It is so much fun though, she was beautiful but couldn't be off leash.

@jilligan14 - woo hoo for NC girls! I'm originally from Pennsylvania, but I love it here - best of both worlds.
Thanks for the welcome, all!
