has anyone had an issue with acne on the back of their neck, back, shoulders? what has worked? I shower daily, I haven't changed soaps, but wondering if anyone has found a body wash:"/ acne body wash that has worked
I've had a terrible outbreak in the past 3 weeks. Mostly going down the left side of my shoulder and back. I've been using Cetaphil as that helped with my face in the beginning and its slowlyyyyy helping. But I just bought the new baby Cetaphil wash and hoping that might help? I use toothpaste on the bad ones at night to help them dry out as some of them are irritated (sorry tmi)
On the annoying skin / remedy sticky a lot of people raved about African black soap. I am still having some minor breakouts on my back etc but it has definitely gotten better since I started using it. Wish my face and neck/chin was enjoying the same results!

Gold dial soap! I had bacne as a teenager and the bar soap cleared it up. When I got pregnant, it came back with a vengeance and since then I've been using the liquid body wash and I swear its magic. I've even been using it on my face too.
Norwex face cloths! Both the body cloths and the makeup removing cloths work really well. You don't need to use soap, just hot water.
I had bad cystic acne on my back for years, and was on some extreme stuff (including Ziana cream, which is known to cause colitis, and absolutely forbidden during pregnancy,) and none of it seemed to work. The Norwex cloths were a godsend. Seriously, I got them wet, and my husband wiped my back down. Rinsed out the cloth, and hung it up to dry. Since they're antibac, you can use them for several days.

I haven't been having this issue, but I second the African Black Soap. I used it a lot around the time of my wedding because I was paranoid I'd have skin issues with a backless dress. It really kept my skin clear and it smells really great. I always bought mine from Target.
I had it a few months ago and got an exfoliant to use a few times every week. It cleared up after 2 or 3 weeks and now I just have the occasional one or two bumps.
