TTC after 35

Quick question about Boobs!

I am 5 dpo. My boobs are sore. Is it too early to b affecting me if I am pg??? I'm afraid my mind is playing tricks bcuz I want this so badly! Has anyone else had symptoms less than a week after O???

Re: Quick question about Boobs!

  • I'd say it's probably too early. You probably haven't even implanted yet. Mine got sore around 12dpo.

RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.

  • Yes, it's too early.

  • Too early....you won't show any signs of pregnancy until after implantation and after your body starts to produce hcg. Five days is too early for that, I think average is 10 days or so.

  • My boobs usually start hurting the day after O, which is always the best sign that I have in fact O'd (my temps are sometimes slow to rise). Sore boobs happen because of your progesterone rising, which happens if you've O'd, regardless of you being pregnant. So take this as a good sign that you most likely had a nice, strong ovulation! If they continue to increase in soreness and it's later in the luteal phase, then this could be a good sign (although mine were sore the entire luteal phase last cycle and I got a BFN). I know it's hard not to symptom spot!! Fingers crossed for you!!!
