Lower abdominal/hip pain

Hello. In July I had a miscarrage and d&c. About 10 days before the miscarriage I started experiencing a strange nagging pain in my lower left side and hip. It went away about 5 days after the d&c. Sometimes it was even shooting down my leg. I dismissed it as "growing pains" or even sciatica but it was worrying me as it was such a strange pain. We just started being able to try again and after trying last week, I just started experiencing this pain again.
Has anyone else had this? I mentioned it my dr at the follow up appointment but he said it probably wasn't related.

    I had hip pain also! I thought it was just from an accident I had been in years before. It flares up once I awhile but not as bad as it was before the mc. Sorry for your loss. We can begin trying again soon. It was our second loss.
