begging for your opinion on this

this is not really baby related but i thought you ladies wouldnt mind. yesterday i was in extreme pain with a lump about the width of a penny next to my tailbone and i assumed it was a cyst. this morning the pain and bump lessened and now tonight within the past 3 hours ive been feeling increased throbbing pain in my other butt bcheek. i got in the shower and felt my butt cheek to find SEVERAL of those bumps covering that cheek!!! this is not normal. im so nervous. i have no minutes on my cellphone to call the nurse line, my doctor and the walk in clinic are closed, and when i look this up on google NOTHING comes up! they bumps range in size- some a little over the size of a penny and some about the size of a pinky finger nail. they do not have any color and they dont stick out, you need to feel my butt to even know theyre there. like theyre not on the skin, theyre deep under the skin. they were not here before!!! and now theyre all formed at once. i have a baby to care for and its so difficult when i cannot sit upright to feed, burp, hold, everything!!! im so stressed. does anyone know what this may be? the only symptoms are bumps and pain. no color no itching, nothing else.
