Has anyone's dr/midwife gave them.a recommended dose?

    My Dr just told me to take 3 in the morning orally and 2 at night vaginally. They are 500mg capsules.

    Three every evening, right before bed....one orally, two vaginally with a panty liner. Did yours not give you a recommendation of dosage?
