Question: I keep a bottle of breast milk in the fridge for if I have to run out and my dh needs to feed my lo. If it's untouched after a few days can I still freeze that? Or should I just feed it to her and skip nursing and pump? Tia

You can freeze it. It's good in the fridge for up to 8 days. As long as it smells/tastes okay you can still freeze it after it's been in the fridge.
Also they defrost in less than 5 minutes with warm water. You could probably just have hubby grab a frozen one if needed so you don't have to worry about it.
