Pregnancy after Chemical

A few months ago me and my husband decided we'd try for another baby. After only 2 months of trying, I was a few days late with my period and, surprise, I got a positive. Went to the doctor to confirm and indeed I was pregnant. Well a few days later I lost the baby (Chemical pregnancy because I was only 4 weeks). The doc suggested we wait one month and then try again but (call us weird) but me and my husband have a tight time frame we need to hit and had no other choice. Well right now I'm 5+3 but I've been having some cramping. Not like sharp pain cramping but still cramping. It's been going on for over a week. I'm so afraid I might lose this pregnancy too. It also feels like I should be bleeding. Like if I wipe I should see blood, but I dont. Anyone else ever experienced anything like this or is my body just weird?

  • I have slight cramping too! And from what I have looked up and the responses I have seen on here say a little bit of cramping is totally normal! As long as you aren't bleeding and it's not unbareable. Try to remember your body and uterus changing and expanding every day! Wish you a happy and healthy 9 months!

  • (I'm not a dr but...) even a little bleeding with cramping can be ok. I was in some pretty bad pain last week with some spotting. OB said it's perfectly normal, but to take a tylenol, a warm bath, and put my feet up. Bleeding and pain stopped, morning sickness started. I'll take it!
