talk to a lactation consultant. mother's milk tea. fenugreek, brewers yeast, oatmeal. lots of fluids. Nurse or pump often. try power pumping. if none of that works there is a prescription that they can give you. I don't know how easy it is to get though
Everything above, plus ski-to-skin time with baby. Just lay in bed and snuggle, nursing as often as baby wants, and pumping after nursing sessions (to stimulate more supply).
The prescription is really easy to get. I just told my OB that my milk supply was low. The major side effect was that it made me tired. This was noticeably more tired than the sleep deprivation tired of caring for a newborn. I barely handled the extreme tired for 2 weeks but the results were good.
