  With my second pregnancy, my doctor offered it at my 39 week appt (I was 39+4). I was in active labor a little less than 24hrs later. This pregnancy my dr hasn't mentioned it yet (different dr). I'm 40+3 and have an appt tomorrow. We shall see...

  I had mine done Tuesday at exactly 39 weeks. Still no baby or signs of labor. Going to try eggplant tonight. Ready to get this show on the road!

  I had mine today at 39+1 I've been crampy on and off with inconsistent contractions so my fingers are crossed!

  I had the sweep last week. Stretched today. I'm 40+3. My little man is measuring at a bit over 9 lbs with his chest measuring in the 95th percentile.... so dr has me scheduled for an induction on tuesday evening, if he doesn't come before then.

  Eggplant?? I haven't hear of this?? Please explain?

  Eggplant Parmesan is an old wives' tale - same as so many other things. I don't really put a lot of trust in any of those, but I sort of have to try it. Two of my SILs have had babies in the past year and both went into labor less than 12 hours after eating it (or could be total coincidence), so we'll see! I just ate it about two hours ago, so fingers crossed!

  Lol. I never heard about that one.
  I act eggplant parm in my pregnancy-clearly didn't send me into labour. Haha.

  I had a stretch and sweep at 40+3, I had a little cramping afterwards and then nothing im now 41 weeks... He's measuring big 8 pounds 13 ounces at 39 week scan and im super nervous about him getting any bigger... I hope he decides to make his debut by next Friday otherswise I'll have to be induced

  I had mine today! Was 2.5 cm dilated prior. I've been walking and bouncing off and on all day and getting ready to head to get some acupuncture cupping. I have had cramping and Braxton hicks all day soooo my fingers are crossed! They want to do another on Friday if he's still in there. I'm 38 weeks but high risk with an abnormal uterus so they believe he's ready.

  my dr offered me one on Monday at my 38 week appointment but I freaked out and said no, will definitely be getting it done next week at my appointment tho

  Mine offered today, but my husband will be a 4 hour drive away on Friday so if baby can just stay for a few more days, it would be helpful.

  I was hoping for a S&S today but Dr said nope , not ready, no point.
  Ugh.
  I just wanna see this baby and be done with pregnancy.
