I am 23 weeks today and haven't felt my little man move since yesterday afternoon. I usually feel him at bed time and first thing in the morning, but haven't today. Is this normal at this stage? I'm starting to worry something might be wrong.

Regular movement doesn't happen until around 28 weeks. At this point movement won't be consistent. Baby still has plenty of room in there to be faced towards your spine and making movements you can feel.
It also depends on how much you have been paying attention too---if you have been busy moving around you may not have felt anything. My doctor always tells me to try eating something and then sitting down and resting---often I will feel something then. As long as you are feeling something at least once a day you should be fine. Call your doctor if you are still worried.

I usually only feel anything if I'm sitting or laying down and have recently eaten or drank something
Totally Normal, I also had trouble feeling my lo move @ 23 weeks for two or three days. Try drinking something cold(sweet) and then laying down on your left side. Try not to worry !
Call your doctor and maybe they can do a little heart beat check with you, I did those with dd and they were such an anxiety reliever. The nurse at that practice was always super nice about it... She often reassured me I wasn't the only one freaking out
Definitely normal. They are sleeping for up to 14 hours a day, and baby may be moving while you're sleeping. I will be 24 weeks this Sunday and the past few days I have barely felt the baby. My doppler eases my mind.
I'm in the same boat. I'll feel him move a lot one day and then barely feel him move for 2 days after that. It's still early on though. The posterior placenta is a blessing and a curse! You feel baby early on, but then worry when you don't
