What should i do?!

So i found this sore on my sons toe. I feel like it wasn't there when I put his pjs on but it was there when I took them off. I checked the foot of the pj for anything and there was nothing in there. The whole toe was pretty red yesterday when I found it I put neosporion on it and kept him with bare feet over night. (Couldn't get a bandaid to stay)
Should I go to urgent care???

    I agree with the PP. Call the Pedi if worried. I would just monitor it and if it got worse schedule an appointment with the Dr. I wouldn't drag him to Urgent Care though

    I would be concerned that it might be some kind of bite. I would definitly call the Ped.
