I'm three weeks pp and ready to lose some weight. I fit into my pre-preg jeans yesterday and hate the way they look. Apparently I gained weight in my thighs this time and it's awful! I'm looking to jump start weight loss.
Since I'm kind of nursing (pumping 1/2oz a day so I know she's not getting much from me), I'm not going to take any pills. I'm wondering about some detox natural remedies, the juices and tea cleanses from fruits and veggies. Also, has anyone had success with garcinia cambogia? I won't take this until I stop nursing but am interested in hearing about real life results.
Once I can I'll start exercising, after my 6 week checkup. I power walked 3 miles on Tues and am still so tired! Definitely too much for me right now after not exercising at all during pregnancy.
Any tips or ideas are welcome. Thanks!
