Mine will be 3 weeks tomorrow and we just got through a 3 day of constant cluster feeding I'm guessing was a growth spurt. It's intense, haha!! I've read it will happen again around 6 weeks
I've heard between weeks 2 and 3, and can last for a few days. The cluster feeding is no joke, but knowing what's going on makes it a little less mentally exhausting... but still exhausting none the less. My little guy had a spurt last week at 2 weeks 5 days, but it only lasted 1 day. Started out with a night of terrible sleep. Then he ate every 30 minutes for about 7 hours during the day and hewas just generally fussy/clingy. Today at almost 4 weeks, we seem to be just coming out of another one. Yesterday was again filled with constant feeding, and a fussy guy. Not sure how common it is for them to be so close together, but if it means only 1 day of the cluster feeding, I'll take it!
My LO had one at 10 days for about 3 days, then at 3 weeks for about 5 days. I hear the next one is at 6 weeks. He is 5 weeks today so I am hoping to still have a little time before the next one comes. He was eating every 45 min to an hour during the other two growth spurts.
Right now my LO is feeding almost every hour.. He is 3 weeks tomorrow. He only takes 5-10 min naps. Last night he slept fine. But I'm not sure how he's going to do tonight since he's been feeding every 1 hour! Omg I'm not prepared. I'm so tired.
My LO has been in a constant growth spurt since 3 weeks. He will be 6 weeks on Friday. He eats like crazy (most in one sitting was 17 oz, then he was hungry again 2 hours later). He was 8 lbs 10 oz and 19 inches at birth, lost weight down to 7 lbs 9 oz and now he's probably close to 12 lbs but really long. 3-6 month clothing fits just right. Give it another week or two and he will outgrow them too. Yikes!
My LO just turned 3 weeks yesterday. I'm pretty sure he's going through a growth spurt now. He'll be fussy and not want to nap for most of the day, along with constant feedings. When he finally sleeps though, it's about a heavenly 4 hour stretch so I can take a nap too As PP's have said, I believe the next spurt is at 6 weeks.
We're almost three weeks over here and while I haven't noticed a huge change in feeding, little man went from 8 lbs 7 oz on Friday (birth weight) to 9 lbs 5 oz today, five days later, so we must have been in growth spurt territory!

I remember everyone taking about the hell that was the 6 week growth spurt on my BMB with my first, but I didn't notice much difference during that time with DS1. He was always a frequent nurser though. I'll be interested to see how this LO does with it.
Re: Growth spurts
As PP's have said, I believe the next spurt is at 6 weeks.
