Arm/Wrist soreness

For a couple of days now my arm and wrist have been so sore! To the point where I can't put pressure on my arms and wrist to do everyday things. I know it's from holding my daughter in my arms so much. It seems she's growing faster than my arms can keep up :P but I can't seem to let her go. :-\" :x has anyone else had this problem and any tips on easing the pain?

I had that issue with DD2 from always holding her the same way and she always wanted to be held. Try switching how you are holding LO as well as using a carrier so your hands/arms get a break.
