White patches on DDs privates?

anyone else ever see this? My dd has white patches on her vag and butt around the openings. It's not diaper ointment. No other symptoms. I googled it and don't see anything. They look like sores. Any thoughts?

@beansideirae thats what I thought at first but photos of thrush rashes are red. I'm going to call the pedi but can't take dd to the pedi until tomorrow.

Mine had a yeast infection diaper rash that was white in the creases. I thought it was diaper cream at first too. Nystatin cleared it right up.

It was a fungus. We got prescription cream so hopefully it heals soon!
