Pre-natal vitamins

Are there any brands that you prefer? I need to start taking them and was looking for any recommendations. Thanks!

Re: Pre-natal vitamins

  • I do the gummy ones. Vita-something is the brand. They don't have any iron though.

  • I take the target brand pnv's and they've always worked well for me.

  • I take rainbow light prenatals 35+
They are plant-based and non-constipating (which has been an issue with other prenatal vitamins for me.)

Downside of these is that they are spendy and you have to take 3 a day.

I took Nature's Best (from Walgreen's). If I ever take them again, I think I'll go the gummy route.
  • I take Theralogix (ordered online), because my RE recommends them.  I take the Complete version (3 pills), which is usually used once you're actually pregnant, because I have the MTHFR gene, so I have trouble with folic acid.  I also take DHEA, CoQ10, vitamin D, and a probiotic.  And nasty TCM herbal tea.
