Loss of pregnancy symptoms

Just curious if anyone has experienced a loss of symptoms. I am currently 9w2d but woke up yesterday feeling great. Which has not been the norm. Since week 6 I have had terrible nausea and m/s. I woke up feeling no nausea, my boobs weren't sore, and I felt rested. No spotting but light cramping (although nothing terrible). This is my first pregnancy after 6 years of infertility (PCOS, so definitely a surprise BFP), so I'm a little cautious. Any advice?

Re: Loss of pregnancy symptoms

  • Totally normal. If you search for this, you will probably find hundreds of past posts on this. Might make you feel a bit better to see that this is normal, and others have experienced it as well!

  • My symptoms disappeared at 7.5 weeks for a couple of days. Came back at 8 weeks only instead of morning sickness, I'm nauseated at night.

  • All my life I have slept on my belly only, all night. My first symptom was being unable to sleep on my belly due to a very odd pressure feeling as early as a few days past my missed period. This is the only symptom that I still have at 7w5d... and I am fully aware that I will not be able to sleep on my belly until the baby is born!

Other symptoms as extreme tiredness, wanting to sleep all day long, and very mild occasional nausea (no vomiting) have been gone since the beginning of week 7, which worries me a little since an ultrasound from precisely that date showed a subchorionic hematoma. I was put on bed rest waiting for it to be absorbed, but this being found simultaneously with my loss of symptoms has me really worried, although from what I've heard, there is a certain point where your initial exhaustion and nausea symptoms must be gone as you come closer to the 2nd trimester.
  • Yah mine come and go, it's normal. I understand ur worry though
  • Yea I was nervous the first time my symptoms disappeared, I woke up and poof, no nausea and no sore boobs. Then they both came back with a vengeance, and the nausea disappeared again last week, thank God lol. I'm almost 11 weeks now so I'm hoping the nausea stays away for good. I feel like if you are that worried, it can't hurt to go in and see your doctor for a quick scan you know?
  • Yeah it's happened to me a few times and used to really freak me out. I just had an ultrasound last night so I know everything's doing well in there so I wouldn't worry about it. I am a complete worrywart and it's something I've even stopped stressing about.
