My baby has a spot on the back of her head that is no where near as thick as it used to be, but that's just from laying on her back. It's normal for babies to lose some hair between 3 and 6 months.
My son lost most of the hair he was born with about 3 weeks after birth. He looked like a little old man and I was totally freaked out. Then all his hair grew back thicker and he looks like a million bucks.
My LO looked like a little old man with a receding hairline. He was born with a full head of thick hair and just the top front fell out. I actually found a lot of little hairs in his rock and play. It's cute I think.
My LO came out with a full head of dark hair! I would say he still has most of it...he's lost a tiny bit above his ear on the left side where he seems to lean on that side of his head more
My girl was born with SO MUCH BLONDE HAIR and I'm starting to notice that thin spot in the back too from laying on it. I think it's getting a little more dry and brittle lately too. She still has her little duck tail in the back though
My LO was born with a full head of dark hair. One Sunday night my husband gave her a bath and almost all of the hair on the top of her head fell out! She looked like a crazy professor (in a cute way of course). I did a lot of research on it and realized it is normal (not my husband's fault for shampooing too hard) and it has grown in thicker and a different color (also normal).
My two oldest were born with TONS of hair. Both of their hair thinned out in the first few months. This baby had hair but not as much, and now he has even less! Most of his is on top in the middle.
