My little guy is breech with no chance of turning around due to a bicornulate uterus. Schedules c-section to get him out. 35 weeks today and I'm measuring at 38...he's a big boy.
Anyone know any tips for turning this little breach baby?? Mine has been nicely head down for a couple months and at 34 weeks decided to flip. I'm not happy about it! Doc isn't worried but tbh I think he'd rather go for a c section so of course he's not worried! You know...tips other than laughing my ass off at this thread!! Wodwofe... Hahaha

@carliebell13 just curious but what did it feel like when baby flipped? My little princess has been breech this whole time and they told me my chances were slim of her flipping this late on her own. But I think it happened last night but I don't want to get my hopes up in case it was just a dance party I didn't know about. Thanks
I was breech at 34 weeks. I did some of the exercises on spinning babies and also went to a chiropractor twice. At 35-3, I was doing a breech tilt with a warm compress near my pelvis and the baby seemed to be going crazy...huge semi-uncomfortable movements. I think that is when he flipped. The next day, the chiropractor and I thought he was head down and that was then confirmed at my 36 week appointment. So hopefully he stays down because he is an active little guy.
On the topic of breech babies, anyone still have a transverse baby this late in the game? My kiddo is still sideways and high up, there is a definite butt-or-head size lump pushing hard into the bottom of my ribs on the left side, and all the kicks/punches I feel are very low (I'm guessing she's facing my pelvis and dangling her legs and arms in that direction). Doc also noted that she was really high up and sideways at my 32 week appointment last week. He didn't mention a C-section yet, but did note that it was odd that she was in that position at such a late stage. Tried the forward-leaning inversion from spinning babies site a few times, doesn't seem to have done anything, she stays still the whole time I do it.

So far twin B has remained transverse the only position they won't let me attempt a vaginal birth with. My son didn't turn til 36 weeks he was transverse too. I think transverse is easier than breech for them to flip.
You win for the most awesome spelling goof I have seen on here. That's not an insult, it is genuinely hilarious.
Babies can flip up to the very last minute. Try not to worry too much. If it comes down to it, you will have a C-section for baby's safety, and you will be fine with that because you will still have given birth.
I lurk. I snark. I offer sound advice if you're not BSC. You may not like me. I'm okay with it.

That is reassuring to hear, thank you! I'm obviously not going to really worry about it unless and until my OBs do, but I have been doing a little Google research just so I'm not blindsided with what the docs suggest if she doesn't flip in time. I'm okay with a c/s if that's what it takes to have a healthy baby, but it would be nice if she flipped and I don't have to have major abdominal surgery!
