So it has Ben 6 weeks since my baby I be leave and my doctor told me only light walking and very light weights by I felt fine since 2 weeks and I train intense because I am a bikini competitor . Should I just do my training or wait to 12 weeks ! I want to workou allready

According to my midwife, if you do crunches/sit ups before your abs come fully back to center you can actually build the muscle up to where they stay separated... Just proceed with caution.
