Low hcg/bleeding

Hi mommas, I just switch from the may to the June birth month club!! According to my lmp I would've been 8 weeks today, however I am 5w2d according to my ultrasound I had this past monday..my hcg levels went from 3036 late Saturday night up to a little over 3560 Monday morning early..I've been bleeding for a few days..there is blood every time I wipe but I do not have to wear a pad..it's only when I wipe..I'm not clotting at all so that's a good sign..but other than cravings I don't really feel pregnant anymore..I started out with heartburn frequent urination and a tiny bit of nausea and sore breasts..but that's all gone now..did another hcg test today find out Monday if the numbers have gone up..any suggestions or similar situations?!
