I would try stretching. I've had the same thing and come to find out yesterday the position she's in puts a lot of pressure . I've also done squats and lunges lol.
I think it depends on what kind of pain you are having? Is it just normal aches from heavy uterus and walking? Or after you are laying down or moving your pelvis in opposite directions?
Squats! I've noticed if I don't do them everyday my pelvic pain is worse. I do 50+ regular squats and 50+ sumo squats. I also go to a really great chiropractor who has experience with prenatal. I was going every other week but now I go once a week
Exercise ball! I can't say enough good things about it! My hips are tight and I have chronic lower back pain, I've also had a lot of pelvic pressure. I roll my hips out on this ball every night before I go to bed and it helps me tremendously!
I would try a physical therapist. I'm having issues too mostly posterior though. Anything that requires one leg at a time like lunges or a lot of yoga poses have a tendency to destabilize your pelvis and cause more pain. Exercising will help but it should be specific to your condition so you don't make things worse. A good PT will be able to give you some good exercises. I was in quite a bit of pain and within a month of doing my prescribed exercises, I feel immensely better!
